why does this make me sad?

i've been a good girl. i avoid walmart and mcdonalds. i support local business over money grubbing corporations. but...how could they?!? i suppose it's not that big of a deal. and i certainly don't believe that google is such a bad company that i can't use the search engine...but it just sounds so [shiver] dirty!
